Erika Ledder has been working in the field of Social Work for over 12 years.  She began her career working as a therapist with families in crisis in Morris County.  For the last nine years she has worked as a School Counselor in Elementary School.  She has presented on a variety of topics including Character Education, Suicide Prevention, Get Yourself Moving, Social and Emotional Learning, Crisis Intervention, and Creative Interventions for School Age Children Part I & II

She is best known for her use of combining therapeutic art and play techniques with traditional cognitive behavioral therapy.  At Pediatric Therapeutics she is offering individual and group sessions for children.  As well as family sessions and parenting support groups.
