Karen E. Betheil, MA, CCC-SLP
Karen is a speech language pathologist with 20 years experience working with children and adolescents. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and New York University, she has experience and training in Oral-Motor programs for feeding and PROMPT specifically. Her expertise is in working with children and adolescents with a variety of speech and language delays and disorders including, PDD, autism, apraxia, sensory integration dysfunction, auditory processing weaknesses, phonological processing errors, articulation disorders, and pragmatic language disorders.
Karen has thoroughly enjoyed being a member of the Pediatric Therapeutic team since June 2002. She resides in Maplewood, NJ with her husband Gregg and 2 daughters, Jamie (16) and Ellie (13).
