Julie Hersch, OT
After graduating from Thomas Jefferson University’s Occupational Therapy School in 1989 and working at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and the JFK Adult Rehabilitation Program in Edison, NJ, Julie discovered her passion for working with children during her years at the Cerebral Palsy Association’s Lakeview School in Edison, NJ. After working in various school systems and taking time off to raise three children, she found Pediatric Therapeutics first as a parent of a special abilities child and then as an Occupational Therapist with a highly skilled group of colleagues.
Julie has been an occupational therapist at Pediatric Therapeutics since 2008. Before working at Pediatric Therapeutics, she developed and implemented therapeutic pre-hand writing / scissors skills programs and therapeutic gym and aquatic enrichment programs for children and their families at JCCs and synagogues in the central New Jersey area..
